Acupuncture

Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the product of around 2,000 years of observational research and health study. It is most widely known for use in pain relief for certain conditions and is also used to promote good health.

We tailor each acupuncture treatment to match your individual needs, lifestyle and conditions to achieve maximum treatment effect.

Acupuncture involves the stimulating of acupuncture points which lie on energy channels (known as meridians), through the insertion of thin, fine and single-use needles at various points on the body.

The acupuncture needles are used to access the energy channels, to simulate the body’s own natural healing ability and restore the body’s balance of energy. This energy is known as Qi (pronounced “Chee”).
