My name is Glyn Harris and I am an experienced BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist practising in the North-West of England. On my days off I like to climb and cave. The latter sports have given me an excellent understanding of fear, anxiety and panic, how to control the latter and this has proven to be a valuable asset when treating anxiety disorders with CBT.
I am also a registered mental health nurse and I have several years of experience working in a variety of roles within the NHS and the private sector.
I like to look at therapy as a journey, an adventure, with a real possibility of new beginnings and finishing in a better place than where you started.
I work for the NHS as a High Intensity Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist and also work at Ambulant Physiotherapy. You can find out more by visiting my website at http://www.cbtnow.co.uk.
