Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage:

It is common for tension to build up in the back, neck and shoulders, and due to the number of muscles in these areas, stiffness builds up easily. A massage aimed at this area will help to work through the knots, leaving you feeling more relaxed.

Leg Massage:

Our legs are put under a lot of strain as they bear the weight of the whole body. A leg massage will warm and stretch the muscles, helping them to relax and so releasing and preventing pain. A leg massage also helps with the blood flow through the muscle cells, helping them to be stronger.

Indian Head Massage:

The therapist works with firm and gentle rhythm to help relieve tension, calming the mind and helping the body to relax. It also improves blood circulation in the head, which enhances the senses and clear thinking.

Hot Stones Massage:

Hot stone massage involved using smooth, heated stones, which are placed on the body. The heat is deeply relaxing, but it also helps to warm up the muscles enabling the therapist to work more deeply to release the tension.
