Modified Pilates is a mind body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall core stability and posture.

The classes are ideal for anyone suffering from back pain, poor posture, sports injuries, arthritis and stress related injuries. Whether you are completely injury free or recovering from injury or surgery, our Pilates classes will be safe and effective for you.

Classes run once a week in blocks of 6 weeks. Payment for each block of classes is at the first class in the block, the payment is for securing your place in the class.

We also offer one-to-one Pilates teaching or teaching to other small groups by arrangement. Please phone the clinic to discuss your requirements.
