A Pilates class suitable for Senior Citizens starting 24th February, run by Mikala Tolley.
The course runs for 6 weeks and costs £48.
The Tuesday class is at 1.15pm – 2.15pm.
The Thursday class is at 2.00pm – 3.00pm
Exercises will be designed around the needs of the group and adapted as required.
You will need to complete a medical questionnaire before commencing the course.
